Family reunification / student and training visas

Spouse reunification

Spouse reunification allows spouses of people living in Germany to also live in Germany. As a rule, the prerequisite is a secure livelihood and sufficient knowledge of German on the part of the spouse joining them. However, these are not necessary for spouses of skilled workers, self-employed people or citizens of certain countries, for example.

Child reunification

Children under the age of 18 can join their parents (or one parent) living in Germany. Certain conditions must be met, such as proof of secure livelihood and suitable living conditions. We will help you prepare and submit the application so that your family can be reunited as quickly as possible.

Parents/parents-in-law reunification

The reunification of parents or parents-in-law is possible under certain conditions, for example if there are special family circumstances or for skilled workers since 2024. This process can be complex, so we are at your side with our expertise to provide all the necessary evidence and successfully submit the application.

Training visas

A training visa enables foreign nationals to complete vocational training in Germany. One of the requirements is a training contract with a German company. We will support you in applying for the visa and ensure that all the necessary criteria are met.

Qualification measures are aimed at foreign specialists who want to have their professional qualifications recognized in Germany. These measures can be carried out alongside work or in the form of courses. Our team will advise you comprehensively about the options and support you in organizing and applying for the relevant visas.
